Sacramento Mayoral Candidate and former state Senator Richard Pan is one of the most vile doctors and state senators in California history. He’s also a member of Shots Heard, a big pharma harassment organization.

Amazing that Richard Pan had such foresight to join a Shots Heard Round The World, a private facebook group that would be so crucial to suppressing Americans freedoms just before the global ‘pandemic’ that resulted in untold billions in windfalls for pharma and medical companies. It’s almost like he had insight into what was coming. How could that be if covid merely was an accidental lab leak?

Richie Richard Pan Makes a Lotta Money Off Pharma

As a senator, Richard Pan seemed hell bent on pushing as many unconstitutional pharma friendly laws as possible in the late 2010’s. In 2015, Senate Bill 277 mandated vaccinations against the will of parents in order to attend schools publicly funded by parents taxpayer dollars. 277 was pushed through by Pan and his cronies in Sacramento. Senate Bill 277 received significant backlash, much of which wasn’t covered because television news gets advertising dollars from pharma companies, a practice democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. promises to end immediately if elected.

According to an Op-Ed in San Diego Union Tribune,

“Pan, a Sacramento pediatrician and chair of the Senate Health Committee, took in at least $432,000 from health care interests during the 2017-18 election cycle. That amounts to 40 percent of the money in both his personal campaign account and a ballot measure committee he formed called Californians Building a Healthy Future.”

SB 277 is an atrocious law, which stripped away parental rights as documented in this video showing how many upset parents, families, and medical professionals opposed it.

California has turned corruption into big business. Between donations to reelections campaigns, ballot measures, and Act Blue money laundering, it has become almost impossible to trace the incredible amounts of cash being poured on our political system. Just look at some of the cash given to Newsom over the last few years by Blue Shield of California alone.

• February 2021: Awarded no-bid contract up to $15 million to lead state’s vaccine distribution.

According to Stat News, pharma lobbyists poured cash on 2,400 state lawmaker campaigns across the US in 2020. In California alone 82% of lawmakers received big pharma money. Is it any surprise that Shots Heard, funded by BIO the pharma lobbyist company, wanted to support Richard Pan for his moronic and unconstitutional law.

And of course, Richard Pan is part of Shots Heard.

Shots Heard defended Richard Pan when he was called out for AB2098, the law that is currently scheduled for repeal. The law attempted to insert the state between doctor and patient and force doctors to dispense propaganda instead of medicne. Any doctor that disagreed with the FDA or CDC, two of the most corrupted agencies in America, could lose his or her medical license.

Speaking of losing medical licenses. The following is an unsubmitted medical license complaint that was never filed (but probably should have) against Richard Pan. Some of the information may be dated, but consider this a historical document.

Dr. Richard Pan has committed gross negligence and medical malpractice against the people of the California and the United States by attempting to forcibly subject us to his flawed medical opinions. I am a citizen who is directly affected by his actions.

In my role as a journalist, I have interviewed multiple families – some with young children – who have been directly harmed, maimed and killed by these experimental vaccines. Corrupt doctors like Richard Pan have participated in the one of the most disastrous acts of medical fraud in human history and must be held accountable to maintain and restore any public trust in medicine. Meanwhile doctors and researchers that have attempted to speak out have been censored, silenced and manipulated by myopic media organizations like CNN (where I began my career) and medical institutions who have become victims of their own propaganda.

On June 18, 2022, Dr. Pan made a misleading and fraud-filled public statement as a medical doctor and state Senator of California. I will break down each sentence of note below.  His statement can be viewed here:

SACRAMENTO – Dr. Richard Pan, state senator representing the Sacramento region and Chair of the Senate Health Committee made the following statement regarding the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) emergency authorization of both Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines for kids 6 months of age or older and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendation that kids 6 months of age or older get vaccinated against COVID-19:

FDA authorization and CDC approval of COVID vaccines for children 6 months and above is a long hoped for decision for parents of young children who have been anxiously waiting for the opportunity to protect their children from a disease that has already taken the lives of over a million Americans including over 440 children under age 5 years dead from COVID. 

By only stating ‘authorization’ instead of the more accurate “EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION”, Dr. Pan glossed over a very important detail parents and policy makers should have in making decisions regarding COVID-19.  As temporary voting member Pamela McInnes D.D.S. states in the committee meeting, “An EUA does not certify a vaccine is safe and effective”. Furthermore, medical statistics do not record total deaths in history from any disease – deaths are reported by year, something Dr. Pan knows quite well. By referencing 440 children under the age died ‘with’ covid (not necessarily from) Dr. Pan is contributing to public hysteria and committing a negligent act of fraud for political purpose. 

Additionally, Dr. Pan may need to be reminded that over 241,000 Americans are killed by MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE each year, demonstrating that the real threat to children isn’t COVID-19, but an unrestrained medical profession.

COVID-19 is one of the top five leading causes of death in the U.S. among children with well over 1,000 U.S. children having already died from COVID-19. 

This statement is a misrepresentation of fact as Dr. Pan knows well. Had he provided statistics for California and clarity on the children who died ‘from’ COVID-19 vs ‘with’ COVID-19, on a per year basis, his numbers wouldn’t have had the desired panic reaction he clearly is searching for. As a physician misrepresentation of risk is ethically irresponsible.  As a senator in California he has repeatedly labeled parents who exercise their ‘choice’ to not inject their children with these unlicensed vaccines for COVID-19 as ‘Domestic Terrorists’, projecting his own sadistic behavior onto his victims. This label demonstrates his complete lack of respect of patient’s rights and human dignity and indicates his severe narcissist traits have clouded any sense of medical responsibility he may have ever had. 

The FDA and CDC have carefully reviewed the efficacy and safety data of multiple ongoing, randomized, blinded, placebo-controlled clinical trials involving over ten-thousand children, as well as the safety data involving hundreds-of-millions of people whom had already received Pfizer or Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines, and voted unanimously to authorize and recommend all children as young as 6 months old be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The FDA committee is more than slightly concerned that parents have received incorrect, fear triggering information in regards to the actual threat posed by COVID-19 to children under five.  In fact, FDA temporary voting member H. Cody Meissner, MD pointed out  that the risk of COVID to children is less than being struck by lightning.

The data is clear: COVID-19 vaccinations prevent hospitalization and death and reduce the likelihood of contracting COVID-19 or developing Long COVID or Post-COVID conditions including multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C).

This is abjectly false. The data is very unclear according to the FDA’s own Peter Marks. There is no indication based on the available information that these vaccines will save more lives than they will take.  There is significant VAERS evidence that MORE children will die or be maimed from these experimental inoculations. There are repeated indications that hospitals and doctors are not properly reporting adverse events and significant recently discovered conflicts of interest within the FDA, possibly even among those assigned to interpret VAERS datasets.

Even FDA board members were confused about the data presented by Moderna and Pfizer. The FDA Vaccine and Biologicals committee was also repeatedly adamant that public messaging NOT over-emphasize the efficacy of the vaccines, which appear to be zero after the second shot.

As a pediatrician, I highly recommend all parents of children 6 months of age or older follow the CDC’s recommendation to get their children vaccinated against COVID-19 and that they do so as soon as possible. Getting everyone in your household vaccinated and boosted as recommended will help protect vulnerable members of your household and your community. For parents or teens with questions about getting vaccinated against COVID-19, they should speak to their pediatrician to get the facts or get information from the American Academy of Pediatrics or the California Department of Public Health.

There is no recourse for families harmed by vaccines. The medical establishment is incapable of even providing an adequate standard of care for vaccine injured patients at this time. Having spoken with injured victims as well as employees of the federal Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, I can confirm the system is overwhelmed and insufficient. 

As a State Senator, I am working with my colleagues including the legislative Vaccine Work Group, the Governor and his administration to make sure vaccines are accessible to all California communities including increasing COVID-19 vaccine availability in physician offices and clinics where children also get their regular vaccinations in July and August prior to returning to school. The greatest concern with Dr. Pan is that his efforts to force vaccinations onto families in 2019 appear to be in concert with China’s forced vaccination program which also took place in 2019 and began just before Covid (December, 2019). This is significant as more information has been revealed indicating that China was involved in research to ‘weaponize’ diseases like Covid-19 and has openly stated it’s desire to utilize all manner of war upon it’s enemies, including biological warfare, lawfare, as well as physical attack.

The FDA’s website indicates that the Covid-19 vaccines pose the greatest risk to teenage males, also known as our next generation warfighters. Inoculating and weakening our next generation of soldiers would put any enemy at an advantage on the battlefield. American soldiers with undiagnosed vaccine induced myocarditis could be killed with overexertion. This would be a logical plan of attack for an enemy playing the ‘long game’. 

Dr. Pan’s efforts to vaccinate children from a disease in concert with China and other nations is more than conjecture. Because these children are not at risk, Dr. Pan’s actions may ultimately be revealed to be part of a larger act of biological warfare from an enemy of the United States. Dr. Pan and all other politicians, doctors, researchers, institutions, and medical license boards that do not take this threat seriously could be subject to the punishments ascribed in the USA Patriot Act, an act that authorizes torture of United States citizens.

Dr. Pan has violated the oath of “Do No Harm’. He has attempted to become the primary physician for all citizens of California and in doing so violated the civil rights of all residents of our state. I request Dr. Pan be removed from his practice, his license suspended immediately and he and his business partners investigated in conjunction with federal law enforcement immediately.

Richard Pan is in violation of International law for introducing SB277 because The Nuremberg code of ethics states:

“1.) The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.”

Richard Pan has worked to silence any other medical doctors who speak out or provide updated information in regards to Covid. For example, Pan has Co-Authored AB 2098 which is summarized on OpenStates:

“This bill would designate the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” as unprofessional conduct. The bill would also make findings and declarations in this regard.”

Richard Pan is attempting to silence any scientific or political opponents and in the process remove any option for informed consent in regards to the completely experimental vaccines currently being injected in Americans and Californians. The CDC’s own recent approval of the ‘Omicron’ booster openly states that it hasn’t even been tested on humans. 

Robust debate is a healthy component of any factual scientific methodology. For example, the polio vaccines released and promoted across the US in the late 50’s and early 60’s were tainted with a tumor causing virus called SV40. When whistleblowers attempted to alert the public to these risks, leaders of government agencies involved in the polio vaccines silenced them. The result was 98 million doses of this vaccine were intentionally sent out to unknowing recipients. Many predicted a massive increase in soft tissue cancers and brain tumors which did occur. In fact, asbestos was blamed for many cancers despite researchers discovering clear links between mesothelioma, asbestos exposure, and SV40. If debate had been fostered, encouraged, and allowed to come forward, so much suffering in the United States could have been spared.

Medical leaders like you chose never to investigate these links. Perhaps in order to provide plausible deniability. Perhaps to appease their wealthy benefactors who funded more and more profitable research.

Now Richard Pan and other Senators like Scott Wiener work to remove parents abilities to protect their children from the Josef Mengeles within our own government. They work to silence debate and conceal the actions of their financial donors. 

You are the last line of defense the families and children of California have against this weaponized Doctor and his political lawfare. By enforcing existing laws and sending a message that these actions will not be allowed in California, you will protect the institution of medicine which has been sorely damaged by corrupted officials like pediatrician Dr. Richard Pan.

One last thing. When patients die, their homes are often sold by their children. The President of the Medical Board of California Kristina Daniel Lawson is a lawyer who works in land use and environmental law industries.  Do Kristina’s clients in the real estate industry profit if Californian’s die?
This is how conflict of interest works. YES. How?

1. Children will sell homes of their deceased parents. Realtors will take 6%. 
2. Parents concerned about mandates flee the state, especially with the high prices from the last two years of inflation. Realtors will take 6%. 
3. The state will profit in much higher property taxes generated by reassessed property values. 

Meet the California Medical License Board And It’s Lawyer President

Kristina Daniel Lawson, of Walnut Creek, has served as a public member of the Medical Board of California since 2015. Lawson is a partner at Hanson Bridgett LLP in Walnut Creek and San Francisco, where she practices land use and environmental law. Lawson was a member of the Walnut Creek City Council from 2010 to 2014, and served as Walnut Creek’s Mayor in 2014. Lawson earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. appointed Dr. Randy W. Hawkins, of Los Angeles, California, to the Medical Board in 2015. He has been in private practice since 1985. His medical practice is composed of primary care, pulmonary and critical care medicine, and hospice care. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science. Dr. Hawkins represents the Medical Board on the Health Professions Education Foundation. He is a member of a Food and Drug Administration Advisory Committee. He earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Hahnemann Medical College in 1979 and completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the University of California at San Diego in 1985. 

Laurie Rose Lubiano was appointed to the Medical Board in 2018 by Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. Ms. Lubiano is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. She has been IP & Product Counsel for the Climate Corporation since 2017, where she handles a variety of matters including intellectual property, commercial agreements, international expansion and privacy compliance. Ms. Lubiano earned a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular & Cell Biology from U.C. Berkeley and a law degree from The University of The Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Ms. Lubiano is a board member for the Mission Hiring Hall in San Francisco and a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. She is also the current President of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California (FBANC) and founding member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association. Ms. Lubiano also served on the Planning Commission for the City of Daly City for over 4 years.

Dr. Michelle Anne Bholat served as a member of the Medical Board from 2015 to 2019, appointed by former Governor, Edmund G. Brown Jr. Later, in 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom appointed her to the Medical Board. She is an editor for the Journal of Medical Regulation of the Federation of State Medical Boards. She also served as an expert reviewer to the Medical Board for many years. Her public service has been long-standing and she has been a member of many boards concerned with vulnerable populations including the Los Angeles County Public Health Commission, Health Care Los Angeles, IPA Chief Medical Officers and the Association of California Health Districts. Currently, she is a board member of the Beach Cities Health District. Dr. Bholat earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California at Irvine and completed residency training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Post-residency, she earned a Master’s in Public Health Policy and Management from UCLA School of Public Health. She is board eligible in Addition Medicine. She is Professor of Family Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine and Executive Director of the UCLA International Medical Graduate Program in the Department of Family Medicine at UCLA.

Ryan Brooks was appointed to the Medical Board of California by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2021. Mr. Brooks is the Executive Vice President of Government Affairs for Outfront Media, responsible for creating and maintaining governmental and public affairs activities, compliance, community outreach, policy direction and fundraising activities for the United States.

Mr. Brooks’ many appointments include Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Services and Financial Industries under the Obama Administration and reappointed under the Trump Administration. In 2003, Mr. Brooks was appointed by San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, Jr. to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and reappointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom in 2004, serving as the Vice President in 2006 and President in 2007. Mr. Brooks served as the Director of Administrative Services for the City and County of San Francisco under the appointment of Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr. Mr. Brooks was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger in 2008 to the California Board of Pharmacy, and reappointed in 2010 and 2016 by Governor Jerry Brown. Mr. Brooks is a former member of the New Motor Vehicle Board as well as the Little Hoover Commission.

Since 2003, Mr. Brooks has been a member of the California International Relations Foundation. The Foundation provides assistance to the California State Senate in furthering the exchange of economic, educational and cultural information between government leaders and other citizens of foreign countries.

Mr. Brooks received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.

Dr. James Healzer was appointed to the Medical Board in 2021 by Governor Gavin Newsom. Dr. Healzer is Chair of the Chiefs of Quality for The Permanente Medical Group and Staff Anesthesiologist at the Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center. He is also Chair of the Permanente Federation’s Peer Review Advisory Committee. He completed residency training in Anesthesiology at Stanford University and Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco; and he is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Healzer earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine and a Master of Science degree in biological sciences from Stanford University.

Governor Gavin Newsom appointed Nicole A. Jeong, of South Pasadena, to the Medical Board of California in April 2022. Jeong has been the Southern California Regional Director of Advocacy at Root & Rebound since 2021, where she’s been an Attorney since 2018. She was a Pro Bono Coordinating Attorney at Legal Services NYC from 2016 to 2018 and a Litigation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2014 to 2016. Jeong earned a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School.

Dr. Asif Mahmood comes from humble beginnings, growing up in the remote Pakistani village called Kharian. He received his medical degree from Sind Medical College, did his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center followed a Pulmonary fellowship at the University of Virginia and Harlem Hospital at Columbia University. Dr. Mahmood has been a practicing physician at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena since 2000 and has served in different capacities from medical executive committee member to chief of staff in different hospitals. He is also on the board of the East Los Angeles College Foundation and the United Nations International Children’s Fund, Western Region.

David E. Ryu was appointed to the Medical Board of California by Speaker of the Assembly Anthony Rendon in 2021. David E. Ryu is a former Los Angeles City Councilmember, ethics reformer, and community mental healthcare advocate. He was elected in 2015 to become the second only Asian American to serve on the Los Angeles City Council and first on Council leadership.

In 2019, City Council passed Ryu’s landmark campaign finance reform bill into law, barring campaign donations from real estate developers with business before the City. He further introduced legislation to expand oversight in City Hall and to create stronger checks on pay-to-play corruption. Ryu led the City to launch Opportunity LA, Ryu’s Children’s Savings Account program for every child in Los Angeles. Other notable accomplishments: he advocated and secured COVID19 testing early on; championed Grave Disability Reform, Paid Parental Leave, and Autonomous Vehicles; established the Hillside Construction Regulation Zone, Concrete Streets Program, Utility Box Art Program and COVID Arts Relief Fund; secured $50M from State for After School Programs; and passed into law the Exotic Animals Ban, House Party Ordinance, and Tour Bus Ordinance.

Previously, Ryu served as Director of Development & Public Affairs at Kedren Community Health Center, dispute resolution mediator, and Senior Deputy to LA County Supervisor Yvonne Burke.

Dr. Richard Thorp was appointed to the Medical Board in 2019 by Governor Gavin Newsom. Dr. Thorp has been president and chief executive officer at Paradise Medical Group since 2001. He was an internal medicine physician and medical director for Butte County for the California Medical Foundation from 1994 to 2000 and internal medicine physician at Richard E. Thorp MD Inc. from 1981 to 1994. Dr. Thorp is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, California Medical Association and the Butte-Glenn County Medical Association. Dr. Thorp earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Veling W. Tsai, MD, JD, FCLM, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California at Los Angeles – David Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Tsai is also an attending physician in the Department of Surgery, Division of Head and Neck Surgery at Olive View – UCLA Medical Center in Sylmar, California. Additionally, Dr. Tsai is in private practice in Alhambra, California. He attended UCLA and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography/Environmental Science, graduating with Latin honors. Dr. Tsai then received his dual law and medicine degrees from Southern Illinois University – School of Medicine and School of Law. Dr. Tsai completed his Head and Neck Surgery residency training at UCLA, and is a board certified otolaryngologist by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is licensed to practice both law and medicine in the State of California. Dr. Tsai previously served as the President of American College of Legal Medicine, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Legal Medicine.

Eserick “TJ” Watkins was appointed as a public member of the Medical Board of California by The Senate Rules Committee in 2019. He previously served as a Board member on the Physical Therapy Board of California and held the vice president position.

Mr. Watkins is the owner of The Next Level Coaching, a hybrid strength training and life coaching company. He also serves on the board of South Coast Foundation, a US-based private foundation that funds children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa.
